Textiles of Bhutan from the Academy's Collection will feature an impressive selection of woven wonders, masterfully crafted by women. Laden with complex designs as well as symbolic motifs and auspicious Buddhist emblems, these magnificent weavings, done on a backstrap loom, are an integral part of life in Bhutan.
